From Mad-Eye to Draco:
Mad-Eye Moody was hired by Professor Dumbledore, who sent Hagrid to bring Harry Potter back from the muggle world, he later freed a house elf, angering Lucius Malfoy who is the Father of Draco Malfoy.

Mad-Eye was impersonated by Barty Crouch, using Polyjuice Potion, who undoubtedly learned the potion procurement process from Severous Snape, who is a teacher at Hogwarts, in which Harry Potter is a student.
