Here is the first sweater I ever completed. It was for my neice Grace on her first birthday. I made it with Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool in bright pink with size 6 needles. It was knit flat since it was a cardigan, and had a seed stitch border on the bottom, button band, cuffs and at the fold over neckline. She loved it and there was enough of the beautiful yarn left over for me to make myself a shrug! I will post a photo of that in a few days.
