I am liking this pattern a lot, it's nice and simple (as far as lace goes) and the interesting heel and toe have captured my attention so that it isn't mindless. This sock is for Summer of Socks....and I cast another on last night. A really simple yellow alpaca pair for my Mom. I plan to try a garter stitch short row heel and toe....so excited!7.28.2007
